"MCM was selected in 2015 to assist the BVH design team as our cost-estimating consultant with an enormously large and complex project-the Nebraska State Capitol HVAC Replacement and Window Restoration Project. This $106M project entails the complete replacement of the HVAC system, upgrading fire and life safety systems, extensive interior restoration, and window restoration over an eight year phased contruction period.
