Our History
MCM Services was founded in 1994 by Kevin Molczyk with a vision to create a company that provides professional cost and time management services of such a quality that first-time clients would become long-time clients.

Under Mr. Molczyks' leadership, MCM is recognized as one of the leading cost and time firms in the nation.

The firm's original clients were precast concrete plants providing estimating, scheduling, time-study analysis and integrated cost control systems to architectural and structural precast plants across the United States. That client base has expanded to include design firms, contractors, owners and federal, state & local government agencies; and many other private clients.

MCM's practice is focused on how time and money relate to current and future projects. Since time
and money are finite resources, we bring value to our clients by making the most efficient use of
both. In doing so, we will continue to accomplish our objective, which is to be the leading provider of the highest quality cost and time management services.
